Out of the Shadows Outreach Ministry (O.O.T.S.) was first birthed in 2016 and officially founded as a Non-Profit in 2017. After quarterly gatherings for three (3) years, in Feb 2019 the Lord birthed both a book series entitled "Grace to Recover" and a Radio Show called "Prison Break: Breaking Down Walls, Mind, Body and Spirit" by the founder Shirley LaTour. This series was given to show the world that God's Grace is SUFFICIENT in EVERY circumstance and you CAN recover from whatever was sent to destroy you, your dreams and your God-Given Purpose on this earth.
